After checkout, you'll receive your order confirmation via email with a link to our questionnaire. This is where you'll provide all the details needed to create your custom song.
Once we receive your questionnaire back, we'll produce your song and deliver it to you via email in a week or less.*
*Note: "A week or less" starts from the time we receive your questionnaire back. Work on your custom song will not begin until then.

Your files will be delivered to your email in a week or less.*

Orders with Proofing Add-ons: Our "week or less" delivery goal applies to your first draft. The final timeline depends on your response speed. Once you approve a draft or request a revision, please allow 2–3 additional business days for us to process and deliver the update.
