Refund & Revision Policy

At Lyriq Studio, we are dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind digital art and music that resonates with you. Because our products are custom-made to your specific prompts and style requests, we have specific policies regarding changes and returns.
The "Strict but Fair" Policy
Because we begin work and allocate technical resources (AI processing credits and studio time) immediately upon receiving an order, all sales are final. We do not offer traditional refunds for custom digital products.
However, we are humans and creators first. If we have made a significant error or if the final product completely misses the technical requirements of your order, please reach out to us at support@lyriq.studio. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are treated fairly.
Revision & Proofing Add-ons
To ensure you get exactly what you’re looking for, we offer optional Proofing Add-ons at checkout. These are highly recommended for detailed projects.

| Additional Revisions | $10/ea | Any revision requested after the initial proofing round or on a standard order. |
Note: "Major changes"—such as changing the entire genre of a song or the core subject of an art piece after it has been generated—require a full re-generation and will be charged as a new order.
Cancellations
We allow a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. Once this window has passed, the creative process has likely begun, and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
How to Request a Revision
If you purchased a Proofing Add-on or need to request a paid revision:
- Reply directly to your order confirmation email.
- Clearly describe the specific change you would like (e.g., "Please change the mention of 'Blue Car' to 'Red Truck'").
- We will typically complete your revision within 2–3 business days.
Issues with Physical Prints (Pictorem)
If you ordered a physical print via our affiliate link with Pictorem, please note that Lyriq Studio does not handle the manufacturing or shipping.
- For damages or print quality issues: Please contact Pictorem Support directly.
- For your 10% Lyriq discount: Remember that it may take up to 14 business days for us to verify your Pictorem purchase and email your loyalty code.
